What’s the deal with marshmallows in hot chocolate, David? Are you supposed to wait for them to melt into foam? Or are you actually supposed to chew them as you drink the cocoa? If I get invited to some fancy hot cocoa party this Christmas I’ll need to know the proper etiquette.
That’s exactly how my cat(s) act. The only time they pay attention is when they want something but they always look disappointed when I give them what I think they want. Next time, I’m gonna try giving it to them except I’ll add marshmallows.
I like my marshmallows partly melted. Gooey marshmallow lumps with hot cocoa is a great texture!
I’m thinking Duck likes it the same way. As for Suzanne, maybe she doesn’t like marshmallows with cocoa because she didn’t include them with Duck’s drink.
