From the Sketchbook (09222016)

Welcome to the first day of fall 2016, I love this time of year!  I hope to enjoy the outside colors and weather soon. I have been swamped at work, and at this point it doesn’t look like I will have a break anytime soon. But I am crossing my fingers. It is also getting close to October, which means Inktober (a daily ink drawing post). I hope I can participate this year, again I am going to see how work is going. But I do love the daily challenge.

Okay, on with today’s blog. As I mentioned last week, I have a few sketches I wanted to add to the blog. Most of these are recent, except the Robert Smith one’s, I drew those earlier this year.  Below each sketch will be a description, I hope you enjoy them and again . . . Happy First Day of Fall!

This is a sketch I drew on a notepad earlier in the year of Robert Smith. I was anticipating seeing The Cure in Concert June 10th and 11th at UIC Pavilion Chicago, IL.
